NOTICE FOR HIRING OF INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS
Project Implementation Unit - National Agricultural Innovation Project (PIU-NAIP) intends to hire individual consultants for documentation of achievements of NAIP such as ICT initiatives, value chains, innovation aspects, etc and to undertake composing and editing of reports. The various assignments are shown below:

C1002	Business Planning and Development sub-projects	One
	Reviewing and documentation of the performance and processes of BPDUs for technology validation, technology transfer, enterprise development, technology commercialization, business model, incubator model; revenue generated; sustainability; role of ICRISAT in handholding and mentoring BPDUs; impact on agri-business development.
C1003	Integrated Farming system models and interventions for promotion of rural livelihood and their level of adoption	One
	Evaluation and documentation of IFS models and other interventions introduced in disadvantaged districts, their level of adoption, impact on socio-economics, stakeholders involved at different levels, environmental and social issues, sustainability measures, graduation of livelihood models into value chain, etc.

	Documentation of technologies and success stories arising from the different components. Documentation of the cross learning’s and sharing the experiences on different issues of the NAIP components; promoting linkages between the components; strengthening innovation processes for growth and development across the components, etc.

	Documentation of innovations, their impact, costs and benefits. Documenting the PPP developed under NAIP and their role in promoting agriculture by providing holistic platform; success of PPP model; replication of PPP models across various commodity; its future prospects, etc.
C1006	Preparing bankable project documents based on commercializable technologies of NAIP	One
	Developing feasible project reports of commercializable technologies for bank funding/loans.
C1007	Information and Communication Technology (ICT) initiatives, their applications, synergy and impact	One
	Assessing and preparing technical documents on the various IT initiatives undertaken in NAIP; its impact on NARS; difficulties encountered in their implementation, possible solutions, way forward, etc.
C1008	Compiling and composing high quality reports for scientific communications	One
	Compiling various reports pertaining to output/outcomes of NAIP. Preparing high quality publications including layout, design, editing for printing and publishing.
C1009	Technical writing and editing in Hindi	One
	To compose and edit various report, newsletters, technology folders, write-ups in Hindi for dissemination of information to the user groups.
C1010	e-Publishing (web design and development)	One
	e-publishing of books, articles, e-journal, online magazine, online digital newsletter, etc. Disseminating information through NAIP website and social media.
C1011	Economic Analysts	Three
	To collect field data, carry out economic analysis, ability to communicate technical details to non-expert audiences and critical thinking skills.

	Designing modern conference facilities including their installation, documentation, planning and coordination.
